I was looking for a photographer who could help me make my small, older, but well-kept, new listing look bright, comfy and inviting. I also needed a very quick turn around. Steve passed the test with flying colors. In fact, the house was on the market less than a week, when I heard from two agents who were going to put in offers! Steve not only has an eye for what is aesthetically pleasing, he also provided my clients with a list of things he recommended that they do, before he arrived to take the photos. In addition, he visited the home a few weeks in advance to take outside drone shots. That gave him a good idea of what time of day would be opportune, and he chose the date and time based on those factors. The day of the photo shoot, he arrived early, took many more shots than he needed, and then had the edited photos in my google drive within 24-hours! A day later I had a brand new video with perfect background music, that I was able to share in the MLS and on social media. I basically waited outside the home, while he performed his magic.
